Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy has a new reality show, sponsored by companies his department regulates. Who is it for?
The Campos-Duffy family is the star in a new reality show centered around a 7-state road trip, in honor of America’s 250th. The show’s sponsors include American Airlines, Boeing, Royal Caribbean, Enterprise, Toyota and Shell—all corporations that could see regulation by the Sean Duffy-run Transportation Department. One clue to the target audience: Duffy’s views on a key conservative culture war issue, universities the Trump administration sees as too liberal. Duffy says, “you’ll see young people go to a conservative school with a conservative family, and they get perverted and contorted,” by schools like Harvard.
