Bella Hadid is back. The model walked in Paris fashion week for the spring-summer 2025 collection of Saint Laurent.

This is a big deal, because Hadid had not been on a catwalk since 2022. She was the protagonist of the most viral moment of Paris Fashion week that year by walking in the Coperni show with a dress that was sprayed on. Since then, Hadid had been immersed in personal projects such as the launch of her own fragrance brand, Orabella.

So this return to the catwalk undoubtedly marks a turning point. By choosing Hadid as the face of its show, Saint Laurent has now had one of the most viral moments of Paris Fashion Week to date.

Bella Hadid’s return also coincides with that of her older sister, Gigi Hadid, who after a time focused on motherhood and her own brand, Guest in Residence, returned a few days ago to walk in the Versace show.

Hadid walked in the middle of the show in one of the oversize suits that Anthony Vacarello, the creative director, presented. She paired the look with black-framed glasses and slicked-back bun.

So with the rest of the week to go, we can safely say that the Hadid girls are back.

Bella Hadid's Runway Return: Saint Laurent's Fall 2025 Show Marks Her Triumphant Comeback

Bella Hadid is back on the runways of Paris Fashion Week just like she never left. Today, the supermodel returned to the Paris catwalk for the first time in over two years during Anthony Vaccarello’s spring 2025 Saint Laurent collection.

Bella appeared quietly towards the latter half of the collection in one of Saint Laurent’s signature double-breasted suits. She wore a luxe black jacket, matching dress pants, and a white button-down and tie. Bella rocked a natural makeup look, slicked-back hair, and professor-worthy eyeglasses.

The collection itself felt like a total 180 from Vaccarello’s recent showings for the brand which were full of slinky party dresses and fully sheer outfits.

According to show notes released by the brand, Bella’s look was an homage to Monsieur Saint Lauren himself. Specificly, “his way of dressing, with fluid suits and jackets over blazers.”

Bella, who has slowly but surely remerged within the fashion industry this year after her bout with the side effects of Lyme disease, last hit the runway during the spring 2023 season. Her last official show was for Miu Miu, which she walked almost exactly two years ago. She had quite the lineup of gigs that season, walking for top brands like Balenciaga and Givenchy and producing a jaw-dropping piece of runway history at Coperni. Bella modeled a spray-painted dress that quickly went viral across the Internet. She closed out 2022 by making a runway appearance in Qatar for a charity event put on by Naomi Campbell.

The model had been coy about her return to the catwalk in recent months, saying at one point “I’ll be back when I’m ready.” Bella’s hiatus was mostly related to her Lyme disease (which she said she’s “finally” healthy from last year) but was also caused by undue stress and anxiety placed upon her within the modeling industry.

“For three years while I was working, I would wake up every morning hysterical, in tears, alone,” she said in 2022. “I wouldn’t show anybody that. I would go to work, cry at lunch in my little greenroom, finish my day, go to whatever random little hotel I was in for the night, cry again, wake up in the morning, and do the same thing.”

Bella Hadid’s Return to Modeling

Bella Hadid is back on the runway after a two-year hiatus.

The model, who has slowly stepped away from the fashion industry, shocked fans when she graced the catwalk at Saint Laurent’s Spring 2025 show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday, Sept. 24.

Wearing a tight, slicked-back bun and thick square glasses, Hadid, 27, strutted down the runway in an oversized black suit by Anthony Vaccarello⁣ and matching tie.

Hadid's appearance in the show comes two years after she walked during the Coperni fashion show at Paris Fashion Week 2022 and had a white dress spray-painted on her in real-time.

She also walked for Stella McCartney, Thom Browne, and Miu Miu that same year.

While the fashion mogul has been away from the spotlight, she's kept busy focusing on her sobriety and long-term health struggles, as well as working on her businesses, including her non-alcoholic beverage drink, Kin Euphorics, and her first fragrance collection, Orebella.

In May, Hadid made her first major carpet appearance since 2023, attending the screening of The Apprentice at the Cannes Film Festival.

For the appearance, Hadid wore a nude Saint Laurent halter-neck gown from the house's fall 2024 collection. The gown revealed her nipples and featured 10 denier hosiery cups and a pleated pantyhose bodice.

Hadid wore maroon peep-toe heels, gold statement earrings, and side-parted waves to complete the look.

She attended the event days after she shared in an interview with Allure that she moved to Texas with her partner Adan Banuelos, 35, and was taking a step back from modeling.

“After 10 years of modeling, I realized I was putting so much energy and love and effort into something that, in the long run, wasn't necessarily giving it back to me,” she said.

Noting that she's found a core group of friends that she hangs out with and has the “best time,” never feeling like she needs to do “too much,” she said she's come to a point in her life where she's “not putting on a fake face.”

“If I don't feel good, I won't go. If I don't feel good, I take time for myself,” she told the outlet.

“And I've never had the opportunity to do that or say that before. Now when anybody sees me in pictures and they say, I look happy, I genuinely am. I am feeling better; my bad days now were my old good days,” continued Hadid.

Hadid’s Off-Duty Style

Bella Hadid returned to the Paris Fashion Week catwalk on Tuesday, strutting her stuff during Saint Laurent‘s fall 2025 fashion show.

The supermodel sported a black double-breasted suit with a white button-up and tie. She completed her ensemble with oversize eyeglasses, evoking eponymous designer Yves Saint Laurent’s signature look.

Ahead of the fashion show, Hadid made the case for neutral dressing on Monday in Paris. The Kin Euphorics founder touched down in the French capital sporting a high-low look that prominently featured one of her go-to designer labels.

Hadid paired a stone wash With Jéan jacket and matching miniskirt with a black Saint Laurent leather bomber. She added on rimless sunglasses, sheer tights and vintage knee-high boots, completing her look with a roomy Saint Laurent tote. Hadid completed her look with a sleek updo.

With Jéan, founded by best friends Sami Lorking-Tanner and Evangeline Titilas in 2017, specializes in ethically made, affordable staples loved by “It” girls such as Emily Ratajkowski and Dua Lipa.

Hadid was recently revealed as the face of Saint Laurent’s fall 2024 campaign. She previously had a viral fashion moment at Cannes Film Festival in May, where she sported one of the label’s sheer dresses on the red carpet. While promoting her fragrance brand, ‘Ôrebella, that month, Hadid also stepped out in an archival Saint Laurent look from 1999. Sourced from Tab Vintage, it consisted of a floral midi dress and a matching sheer shawl.

In August, Hadid was announced as a global ambassador for Chopard. She’s worn the high jewelry brand on several red carpets and is now set to star in advertisements and in-store campaign imagery for the French company.

“I have so much appreciation for Chopard’s craftsmanship and have been an admirer of theirs for many years. I am so thrilled to be joining the Chopard family,” the supermodel said in a statement.

Hadid follows in the footsteps of Oscar-winning actress Julia Roberts, who previously served as a Chopard brand ambassador.

Hadid’s Pinstripe Pants

After two long years, Bella Hadid has finally returned to the runway, and it’s all thanks to Paris Fashion Week. Though she’s been strutting her stuff on and off the style stage, she turned the Parisian streets into her catwalk—and her off-duty looks are good. Her latest ensemble? A smart ‘fit by Saint Laurent.

Hadid wore a $7,000 cool-girl leather biker jacket, $3,450 tote bag, and $675 leather belt. Her plunging top nearly dipped to her belly button and her wire glasses gave the look a librarian-esque aesthetic. Now, I know what you’re thinking; “Ruby, that’s $11,125 without the top and glasses…that’s crazy!” While we can’t all be A-listers (womp, womp), recreating her look for less is easy thanks to a $190 jacket from Quince, $151 Madewell bucket tote, and $15 belt from Amazon. But my favorite piece? Her pinstripe pants—and, yes, I found lookalikes for those, too.

If you scan her ensemble quickly, you may miss the fine, metallic threads running down her $1,690 designer trousers. The delicate detail takes her pants to a whole new level, boosting the high waistline, wide-leg pant legs, and double pleats. Better yet? Nordstrom, Mango, Everlane, and Amazon offer affordable versions, starting at $39.

Not only can you recreate the expensive-looking style for less, but the “banker” pants are so back. Usually categorized by athletes and films like the Wolf of Wall Street, pinstripes are being claimed in a modern way by stars like Sydney Sweeney, Oprah Winfrey, Jessica Alba, and Beyoncé. It’s not surprising, considering they instantly elevate an outfit and know no age limit. Plus, the vertical design is extremely flattering, elongating the frame.

But in my book, something has to be chic and comfy to deem it worthy. Thankfully, similar bottoms are spacious and breezy, allowing for easy movement. So, go ahead and wear them walking around a museum or sitting at a desk—they’re basically fancy sweats.
