The 2019 inductees to the Country Music Hall of Fame have played the Grandstand at the Iowa State Fair 10 times from 1992 to 2022, including a show two years ago in front of 15,074 after a 10-year absence.
The duo, earned two Grammy Awards off of 16 nominations and won the second most Country Music Awards, 18, of any act behind Miranda Lambert, and tied with Vince Gill.
Their catalog of 23 chart-topping hits includes "Believe," "My Maria," "Play Something Country," "Only In America," "Cowgirls Don't Cry" and "My Next Broken Heart." Brooks & Dunn released their last studio album, "Reboot," in 2019 with updated versions of the pair's past hits recorded with artists such as Kane Brown, Jon Pardi, Luke Combs and Kacey Musgraves.

The Country Music Hall of Famers and one of the best-selling duos in the genre's history will bring their Neon Moon Tour to downtown's Gainbridge Fieldhouse April 3.
Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn have been close collaborators for decades, producing 20 No. 1 hits and country classics like "Neon Moon," "My Next Broken Heart," "Boot Scootin' Boogie" and "Brand New Man."
They'll be joined by supporting guest David Lee Murphy, whom '90s country fans will recognize for his No. 1 hit "Dust on the Bottle."

Legendary country music duo, Brooks & Dunn, have announced the 2025 “Neon Moon Tour.”
The first leg of the tour will start on March 13, 2025, in Lubbock, Texas. Current dates go through April 26 with “more cities to be announced soon.”
Special guest will be David Lee Murphy.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 13, on Ticketmaster.

The Meaning Behind the Neon Moon Tour
The namesake of the duo’s tour is their 1992 hit “Neon Moon,” which topped Billboard‘s Country Airplay chart. The song has become a favorite for both fans and other artists. On the duo’s Reboot album, Kacey Musgraves joined them in covering the song. Meanwhile, in 2019, The Voice coaches Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and John Legend covered “Neon Moon.”
