Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk has changed representatives to join the ProStar Football Agency. The change comes 18 months after Oleksiy Alekhin secured the then- Shakhtar Donetsk winger a move to the Premier League. Alekhin previously spoke plenty publicly about his client during the saga that saw Chelsea hijack Arsenal trying to sign the Ukraine international. The agent has been less outspoken since the switch and will now not represent the player, who has instead joined plenty of his compatriots, including Brentford's Yegor Yarmolyuk and Everton's Vitaliy Mykolenko, at ProStar.
Mudryk, 23, has joined the ProStar Football Agency and will now be represented by Vadim Shabliy and Nikita Tyatkov.
Acknowledging the news in an Instagram post, Mudryk shared a selfie taken with Shabliy and Tyatkov, captioning the post: "Beginning of new chapter," punctuating it with a handshake emoji. He tagged the two in his photo, with Shabliy publishing another image of the trio on his account, adding: "I’m delighted to welcome (Mudryk) in our company. We will make every effort that our cooperation is mutually beneficial, productive and long-term."
A post from ProStar featuring video footage of Mudryk signing his contract with the agency added: "At the beginning of a great way. Grateful for your trust, (Mudryk)! We sincerely believe that our cooperation will be mutually profitable, productive and long-term! Now you have a strong team behind you, that always willing to help and support. The best is yet to come, (Mudryk), you deserve it!"
Shabliy also shared in a separate statement: "I’m glad Mykhaylo became our client and joined the ProStar team. On our side, we are willing to help and support the player. We discussed all the details and reached a mutual agreement with Mykhaylo. I am absolutely convinced that the cooperation with him will be mutually profitable, fruitful, and long-term."
ProStar's Rise in Football
Established in 2014 by Ukrainian agent and CEO Vadim Shabliy, ProStar has quickly risen to prominence within the football world, managing over 600 athletes, including many of Ukraine's brightest footballers.
A New Chapter in Mudryk's Career
At just 23 years old, Mudryk is already recognized as one of the top young talents in European football. Having joined Chelsea in January of 2023, for €70 Million from Shakhtar Donetsk, Mudryk’s decision to partner with ProStar marks a significant new chapter in his career, as he aligns himself with a top-tier agency known for its deep roots in Ukrainian football and its growing influence across Europe.

Vadim Shabliy, CEO of ProStar, expressed his delight towards the start of this partnership: “I’m glad Mykhaylo became our client and joined the ProStar team. On our side, we are willing to help and support the player. Also, I would like to point out that ProStar is currently undergoing a reorganization and expansion process, which contributes to our development and entering into new football markets. We discussed all the details and reached a mutual agreement with Mykhaylo. I am absolutely convinced that the cooperation with him will be mutually profitable, fruitful, and long-term.”
