Volunteer Coaches: The Heart of CYC Programs

Bart Pettus, the Parks & Recreation Director for the city of Chelsea, emphasizes the importance of volunteers, stating, "We don’t have rec sports without them. They are vital for us to be able to run our league. They’re invaluable to how we run our programs."
