It's Week 2 in the NFL, and that brings us a matchup of two 0-1 teams looking to get over the hump and get that first win of the season. The Indianapolis Colts travel north to the not-so-frozen tundra of Lambeau Field to take on the host Green Bay Packers. Outside expectations on either side are much different, but winless teams can't afford to take their opponents lightly.

The Colts narrowly lost their opener last week to the Houston Texans behind an explosive effort from second-year quarterback Anthony Richardson, and everyone is waiting to see what he'll do next. The Packers, meanwhile, will likely be without their star QB, Jordan Love, after he sprained an MCL last week in their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil.

Many onlookers expect a big performance from the Colts against the Malik Willis-led Packers, but the Colts' defense hasn't yet performed like one that has earned much confidence.

How to Watch the Colts vs. Packers Game

Want to watch the Colts play the Packers? Here's everything you need to stream Sunday's 1 p.m. ET game on Fox.

The Colts and Packers kick off in Green Bay at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PT) on Fox. Here is how you can watch, even if the game isn't available on your local Fox channel.

If you find yourself unable to view the game locally due to incorrectly applied blackout restrictions, you may need a different way to watch the game and that's where using a VPN can come in handy. A VPN is also the best way to stop your ISP from throttling your speeds on game day by encrypting your traffic, plus it's a great idea for when you're traveling and find yourself connected to a Wi-Fi network, and you want to add an extra layer of privacy for your devices and logins.

With a VPN, you're able to virtually change your location on your phone, tablet or laptop to get access to the game. So if your internet provider or mobile carrier has stuck you with an IP address that incorrectly shows your location in a blackout zone, a VPN can correct that problem by giving you an IP address in your correct, nonblackout area. Most VPNs, like our Editors' Choice, ExpressVPN, make it really easy to do this.

Using a VPN to watch or stream sports is legal in any country where VPNs are legal, including the US and Canada, as long as you've got a legitimate subscription to the service you're streaming. You should be sure your VPN is set up correctly to prevent leaks: Even where VPNs are legal, the streaming service may terminate the account of anyone it deems to be circumventing correctly applied blackout restrictions.

Looking for other options? Be sure to check out some of the other great VPN deals taking place right now.

ExpressVPN is our current best VPN pick for people who want a reliable and safe VPN, and it works on a variety of devices. It's normally $13 a month, but if you sign up for an annual subscription for $100 you'll get three months free and save 49%. That's the equivalent of $6.67 a month with code SPECIALDEAL, which should be automatically applied.

Note that ExpressVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Sunday's Colts vs. Packers game is on Fox nationally. The good news for football fans is that Fox is available on most of the major live TV streaming services. The least expensive such service is Sling TV Blue.

Sling TV's Blue plan includes NBC, Fox and the NFL Network, though it does not have CBS, ABC or ESPN. Enter your address here to see which local channels are available where you live. NFL RedZone is also available for an extra $11 a month.

Note that to get ABC and ESPN, you'll need to switch to the similarly priced Orange plan (which drops Fox, NBC and NFL Network) or go for the combined $60 a month Orange and Blue bundle that includes channels from both packages. With the combined plan, the Sports Extra add-on, which has RedZone, is an extra $15 a month.

One important caveat: In our experience, Fox local affiliates will only be available if your billing address is in one of the 18 metropolitan areas covered in Sling's agreement. If you're outside of one of these areas, you're probably better off going with one of the alternate services listed below.

Numerous other live TV streaming services carry local Fox stations as well, namely YouTube TV, Hulu Plus Live TV, DirecTV Stream and Fubo. They all cost far more than Sling, but they also carry a full complement of live channels, including football broadcasting channels like CBS and ESPN. Check out our live TV streaming services guide for details.

For $73 a month, you'll get all the major football channels with YouTube TV. Plus, RedZone is available for an extra $11 per month. Plug in your ZIP code on YouTube TV's welcome page to see which local networks are available in your area.

Fubo costs at least $92 per month when you factor in the RSN fees it charges, which you don't need for NFL games but must pay for anyway. Fubo's base plan costs $80 but it charges an extra $12 a month if you get one RSN or $15 a month if you have two or more in your area. RedZone is available for an extra $11 per month, and you can get 4K broadcasts with its $90-a-month Elite plan. It's worth noting that Fubo has recently introduced a new $30 off for the first month offer for its Pro, Elite With Sports Plus and Deluxe plans. Click here to see which local channels you get in your region with Fubo. Read our Fubo review.

Hulu Plus Live TV costs $77 a month and includes Fox in most markets. On its live news page, you can enter your ZIP code under the "Can I watch local news in my area?" question at the bottom of the page to see which local channels you get. Read our Hulu with Live TV review. It's worth noting that it's price is set to jump to $83 per month in October.

DirecTV Stream's basic $80-a-month Entertainment package includes Fox in most markets. You can use its channel lookup tool to see which local channels are available where you live. Read our DirecTV Stream review.

All the live TV streaming services above offer free trials, allow you to cancel anytime and require a solid internet connection. Looking for more information? Check out our live TV streaming services guide.

An over-the-air antenna connected to your TV provides another option for Fox. The best part about antennas is that there are no streaming or monthly fees required, although you will need to make sure you have good reception.

If not listed, please contact your TV provider.

Colts vs. Packers: A Look at the Odds and Predictions

The Indianapolis Colts (0-1) hit the road looking for their first win of the season when they head to Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers (0-1). The Colts came up short against the Houston Texans in Week 1, losing to their AFC South rivals 29-27. The Packers are also looking for their first win of the season after losing to the Philadelphia Eagles 34-29 in the NFL Brazil Game. Jordan Love (knee) is doubtful for Green Bay.

Kickoff at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis., is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET. Indianapolis is favored by 2.5 points in the latest Packers vs. Colts odds from SportsLine consensus, and the over/under is 40.5 points. Before locking in any Colts vs. Packers picks, you'll want to see the NFL predictions and betting advice from the proven computer simulation model at SportsLine.

The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up well over $7,000 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception. The model enters Week 2 of the 2024 NFL season on an incredible 184-130 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season. It is also on a 38-22 roll on top-rated NFL picks since Week 7 of 2022.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past six years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94% of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

The model has set its sights on Packers vs. Colts and just locked in its picks and NFL Week 2 predictions. You can head to SportsLine now to see the model's picks. Here are several NFL odds and betting lines for spread, money line and over/under:

Colts vs. Packers: A Look at the Matchup

Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson has a skillset that will make things incredibly difficult for opposing defensive coordinators. The second-year pro from Florida is a true dual-threat quarterback, who has one of the strongest arms in the league. In Week 1, Richardson completed 9 of 19 passes for 212 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. He also led the Colts in rushing with 56 yards and a touchdown on six carries.

The Colts also have a game-changer at running back in Jonathan Taylor. The former Wisconsin star led the NFL in rushing in 2021, and is a true three-down running back. With Indianapolis' offensive line still among the better groups in the league, Taylor could be in for a big day against Green Bay's defense, which allowed Saquon Barkley to rush for 109 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1. See which team to pick here.

The Packers will likely be without Love, which is obviously a massive blow to the team's offensive attack. Malik Willis will likely start in his place, and while he is still considered raw, he does have three career NFL starts. Willis was a third-round pick out of Liberty in 2022.

The Packers have plenty of offensive talent that should make things easier for Willis on Sunday. Second-year pro Jayden Reed was outstanding in Green Bay's season opener. The former Michigan State wide receiver caught four passes for 138 yards and touchdown, and also scored a 33-yard rushing touchdown. See which team to pick here.

The model has simulated Packers vs. Colts 10,000 times and the results are in. The model is leaning Over, and it's also generated a point-spread pick that is hitting in well over 50% of simulations. You can only see the model's pick at SportsLine.

So who wins Colts vs. Packers in Week 2, and which side of the spread cashes well over 50% of the time? Visit SportsLine now to see which side of the Colts vs. Packers spread to back, all from the model that has returned well over $7,000 on top-rated NFL picks, and find out.

Colts vs. Packers: Breaking Down the Betting Lines

Both the Indianapolis Colts and Green Bay Packers took losses in their season openers, and now aim their sights toward Week 2 with hopes of securing their first victory on the 2024 campaign.

Indianapolis and QB Anthony Richardson travel to Green Bay while Malik Willis will start for Jordan Love, who’s out 3-6 weeks with a sprained MCL.

The Colts vs. Packers NFL Week 2 odds at most sportsbooks show the Colts are 2.5-point road favorites heading into Sunday, thanks to the fact the Packers are starting their backup QB.

Many of the major sportsbooks opened the Colts as 2.5-point favorites, but the line moved to Indy -3.5 shortly before sliding back down to Colts -2.5.

You can ignore the point spread by betting on either team on the moneyline.

If you want the Colts, you’ll have to lay odds from -140 (bet365) on the low end to -156 at FanDuel (BetMGM has gone from -180 to -145).

If you think the Packers can overcome the odds, you can get a solid price of +124 to +132 (FanDuel).

The total points split is fairly even, as four have the over-under set at 41, while Fanatics Sportsbook and DraftKings list the total at 40.5.

Colts vs. Packers: Matchup Analysis

There are few teams in the NFL with more splash plays in Week 1 than the Indianapolis Colts.

While Anthony Richardson still has plenty of work to do when it comes to ironing out his game, the second-year passer is electric with the ball in his hands and it generated plenty of big plays for the team in their season opener.

Playcalling for the offense is Shane Steichen, the former offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles back when the team reached Super Bowl 57.

With his knowledge of the personnel, he will have a leg up on most coaches when it comes to figure out what could translate for his team on Sunday.

Defensively, Green Bay had plenty of struggles adjusting to their new-look 4-3 defense that creates a lot more man-coverage looks, and generated opportunities for the Eagles’ wideouts to create separation and set up easy throws.

With the Colts’ downfield passing approach, that could leave plenty of opportunities underneath for Richardson to pick up yards with his legs, and keep the Packers from being able to find their groove defensively.

Sitting as three-point underdogs, this line is contingent on the status of Jordan Love.

Should the fifth-year passer be deemed ready to go, the line will swing back closer to even with a chance to close out with the Packers as the favorite.

Despite starting the season on the wrong foot, the Green Bay offense showed plenty of ability to create explosive plays, and likely would have been able to sustain drives if not for unfavorable field conditions while playing at NeoQuimica Arena.

Back at Lambeau and back on familiar ground, the Packers should be able to move with more confidence under their feet, and can do so back in front of their home crowd.

Teams that had home-field advantage in Week 1 were 10-5 overall, and Green Bay themselves went 3-1 last season as underdogs at home.

Even if the team is forced to rely on Josh Jacobs on the ground, the Indianapolis Colts allowed a league-high 213 yards to Joe Mixon and the Houston Texans last week.

Expect the 26-year-old ball carrier to generate some production of his own in his first home game with the organization.

Best Odds: -102 at FanDuel Sportsbook

Green Bay had two major issues last Friday in their loss to Philadelphia, they struggled against the run, and they struggled to find consistency on offense.

Now heading into their Week 2 matchup against Indianapolis, they’ll go against a team that features one of the best rushing backfields in Anthony Richardson and Jonathan Taylor.

The Packers’ offense will likely struggle with Malik Willis under center. Indianapolis has a chance to open this one up.

Colts vs. Packers: Final Thoughts

The Green Bay Packers play their first game stateside of the 2024 NFL season when they welcome the Indianapolis Colts Sunday at Lambeau Field. The game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. ET (noon CT) with TV coverage on FOX and streaming on-demand.

The Packers lost and got extra salt in the wound last Friday night against the Philadelphia Eagles in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Eagles took the game, 34-29, and the Packers also lost quarterback Jordan Love to a knee injury in the final minute, which the team now considers “day to day.” Backup Malik Willis would be the best bet to start if Love can’t go against the Colts.

The Colts showed up and gave a potential AFC contender in the Houston Texans all they could handle in a 29-27 Houston win. Indianapolis pulled to within 22-20 on an Anthony Richardson touchdown pass to Ashton Dulin, but Houston responded with an 11-play touchdown drive that ate up 7:30 and put the Colts behind the clock. Houston’s Joe Mixon had a big day on the ground with 159 yards and a TD that Green Bay would love to replicate with Josh Jacobs and its ground attack.

The Packers and Colts are set for a 1 p.m. ET start on FOX. Live streams are available from FuboTV (free trial), DirecTV Stream (free trial) and SlingTV (low intro rate).
