Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz are pulling out all the stops at Paris Fashion Week.

Since kicking off on Sept. 23, the sartorial event has been nothing short of a spectacle thanks to all the A-list stars touching down in the French capital — including the two actors, who attended the Loewe spring/summer 2025 runway show on Sept. 27.

Craig — 56, who stars in the fashion house’s fall/winter 2024 global campaign — looked on-trend in a colorful sweater, baggy cargo pants and bomber jacket with the collar popped up. He also wore yellow tinted sunglasses and tan boots.

His long hair, which he’s been growing out for the third Knives Out film, was parted in the middle and combed back.

Weisz, 52, coordinated with her love in a fuzzy pink and lime green crew neck sweater and baggy barrel jeans. She tied everything together with black clogs, cat-eye shades, a gold necklace and sleek bag.

Meg Ryan, Ayo Edebiri, Josh O’Connor, Emily Ratajkowski along with her 3-year-old son, Sly, Taylor Russell and Pharrell Williams also took over the front row.

Earlier this month, Craig and Weisz dazzled the Venice Film Festival in black-tie ensembles at the premiere of his movie Queer. She wore a midnight blue sequin gown with a floor-length sash while he opted for a cream suit.

It’s been around three decades since the couple met in the ‘90s, when they were up-and-coming actors in London. They didn’t reconnect until much later and, after being cast as a married couple in Dream House, they secretly tied the knot in 2011.

They welcomed their first child, a daughter whose name has not been publicly revealed, in 2018.

Over the last several Paris Fashion Weeks, the Loewe front row has morphed into a gallery of offbeat Hollywood hotshots, many of whom have acted in the films of Italian director Luca Guadagnino. The star-making filmmaker is a friend and frequent collaborator of the label’s designer Jonathan Anderson, and he typically accompanies his actors—such as Bones and All’s Timothée Chalamet and Taylor Russell or Challengers’s Josh O’Connor and Mike Faist—in their seats along the runway.

Now it’s time for ex-Bond Daniel Craig and buzzy newcomer Drew Starkey, the stars of Guadagnino’s upcoming film Queer, to join their ranks. (Once again, Anderson costumed the movie.) Both actors suited up in the French capital for Friday’s Loewe show, but it was a loosened-up Craig—who recently sported some healthy stubble in a Loewe campaign—and his wife Rachel Weisz who really put the team on their backs.

Craig, his silvery chin-length shag swept back, wore a colorful knit jumper with a leather bomber jacket, voluminous olive-green cargo parachute pants, tan suede boots, and round yellow-tinted shades. Weisz, in a marginally less jaunty ensemble, chose a color-blocked mohair sweater in baby pink and Brat green, swoopy horseshoe jeans, wonky-heeled leather pumps, and dark cat-eye sunglasses.

Craig and Weisz appeared, as my colleague Yang-Yi Goh noted, like someone’s rich aunt and uncle who attend Burning Man every year—and, I’d add, certainly have a killer art collection hanging on the walls of their Marin County mansion. (That little handkerchief tied around Craig’s neck would be perfect for those dusty days on the playa.) On Instagram, fashion writer Liana Satenstein likened them to a couple shopping at the Park Slope Co-op. Or, as Twitter oracle Bald Ann Dowd put it, they looked like Troye Sivan and Charli XCX at the Sweat Tour reunion in 2074. As far as fantasies go, none of those sound half bad, though perhaps none seem as glamorous as the actual lives of the famous Hollywood actors Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz.

The front row at the Loewe show is always a sight to behold. From the cadre of famous ex-boyfriends to Zadie Smith and half the cast of Succession, creative director Jonathan Anderson uses his shows to flex his Rolodex. Loewe’s spring 2025 show proved no exception: the guest list included the likes of Ayo Edebiri, Josh O’Connor, Emily Ratajkowski, Meg Ryan, Pharrell Williams, and Taylor Russell.

While the collection boasted summery florals in light-as-air fabrics, Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz bundled up for the rainy Paris day, offering a kooky take on couple style. Craig opted for a hand-knit sweater from fall 2024 (fittingly, he starred in the brand’s campaign from the same season) emblazoned with art by Richard Hawkins. He styled the colorful knitwear with a pair of olive cargo balloon pants, a leather bomber jacket, brown boots, and yellow-lensed sunglasses.

Weisz looked to an outré knit as well, wearing a fuzzy crewneck with pale pink and chartreuse color-blocking. Like her husband, she kept the rest of the outfit on the casual side to let her sweater do the talking, styling it with a pair of barrel-legged jeans, black leather mules, a small mahogany purse with a chain strap, and sleek cat-eye sunglasses.

With their colorful knitwear, baggy pants, and funky sunglasses, Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz know that aligning on an outfit formula is far superior to matchy-matchy couple style. Plus, now we have two outfits to add straight to our fall moodboards.
