Jelly Roll is everywhere these days. On Saturday, Sept. 28, the larger than life country star is slated to serve as the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live’s” 50th season premiere. Unbelievably enough, he’s also scheduled to headline at New York City’s Global Citizen Festival earlier that afternoon. The day before, Friday, Sept. 27, the “Save Me” singer will perform at Madison Square Garden as part of his ongoing ‘Beautifully Broken Tour’ in support of his upcoming album. Then, on Sunday, Sept. 29, Jelly Roll is at Newark’s Prudential Center for another gig. A week after that, he returns to the Empire State for a rescheduled concert at Belmont Park’s UBS Arena on Monday, Oct. 7. Crazily enough, that show was originally supposed to take place Sept. 28 aka the day he’s double booked on “SNL” and the Global Citizen Festival. Somehow, there’s still more. As of now, the tireless country rapper has over 35 more ‘Beautifully Broken Tour’ concerts and festival appearances lined up from now until April 2025. “This is the biggest tour of my life y’all and I’m going to do it really really big this year— I can’t wait to see y’all at a show,” the 39-year-old Grammy nominee shared on Instagram when he announced the tour back in February. “Come party with us!” If you want to party with Jelly Roll live, it isn’t too late to grab tickets for any of his shows. Best of all, some are quite cheap. At the time of publication, prices start at $31 before fees on Vivid Seats for select shows. Other concerts have seats starting anywhere from $32 to $160 before fees. First up is the twangy, emotive “Liar” that melds country, bluegrass, folk and rock to create a song that could have only come from Jelly Roll. After that, the 39-year-old singer put out the vulnerable “I Am Not Okay.” Yes, he may veer into overly sentimental ballad territory at times here but, there is also a straightforward honesty on this track that defies cliche and maintains the grittiness and edge that helped Jelly Roll make his name. Finally, Jelly Roll saved the best for last. The boot-stomping, hand-clapping banger “Get By” is sure to light up any audience. We can’t wait to sing along to “I might drink a little/I might smoke a lot/counting down the good times/staring down the clock.” To hear for yourself, you can find all three tunes here. ## Opening Acts for Jelly Roll’s “Beautifully Broken” Tour At all ‘Beautifully Broken’ gigs, Jelly Roll will be joined by a pair of opening acts. To get you up to speed, here are their most streamed tracks on Spotify. ## Opening Acts Warren Zeiders: “Ride The Lightning” Alexandra Kay: “Best Worst Ex” Ernest: “Cowgirls” Shaboozey: “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” Allie Colleen: “Halos and Horns” ## Don’t Miss These Other Country Icons It seems like everyone’s a little bit country these days.
