Kate Ritchie made sure all eyes were on her as she arrived for the 2024 Logie Awards in Sydney on Sunday night. The radio star opted for a show-stopping gown that accentuated her buxom figure and clung close to her physique. The 46-year-old looked decades younger as she worked her angles on the red carpet in the floor length dress. It included a flowing chiffon skirt and fitted, bonded bodice that sat beautifully on every curve. Kate spun around, showcasing the flow of the frock and its stunning layers of sheer fabric. The corseting ensured her ample bust was on display and Kate carried a gold designer purse.
The actress opted for a warm toned makeup look with a nude lipstick and wore her hair in a retro style do that sat off her face. Kate added a pair of dangling earrings and matched her manicure to her outfit, while also wearing a glistening ring. The brunette was seen getting some pampering in Coogee, ahead of her upcoming presenting duties at the 2024 Logie Awards.
Pre-Logies Pampering
The former Home and Away star-turned-radio host was seated comfortably in a massage chair while getting a manicure and pedicure at a nail salon on Saturday. She appeared relaxed as she was being pampered, clearly enjoying the pre-Logies downtime. Kate was dressed casually in a black long-sleeved top and skirt that she later paired with a black blazer for the outing. Moments after leaving the salon, Kate was spotted out and about on the streets of Coogee holding what appeared to be a magazine and some takeaway food.
Presenting Duties
The actress will be among the many stars presenting at this year's award ceremony. Kate will join Home and Away star Ray Meagher actress Rachel Griffiths, Deborah Mailman, Celia Pacquola, Luke McGregor and Stephen Peacocke on stage. The outing comes just one week after Ritchie was looking noticeably worse for wear while making her way to an event in Sydney. The former soap star was seen stumbling as she tried to get out of her chauffeur-driven car in Camperdown, located 4km from the CBD.
A Slipping Incident
The Nova radio presenter appeared to lose her footing as she exited the vehicle, slipping back and landing on the floor. Kate's driver was quick to assist her getting out of the car, holding her clutch and fetching her dropped keys from the ground, before he helped her back into the vehicle. The radio star appeared to see the funny side of it all as she laughed with her driver while clinging to her phone. Kate cut a casual figure in a relaxed co-ord that featured a loose shirt and wide-legged trousers by Olive & Clover. She completed her look with a pair of brown Zimmerman mules valued at $875.
An Early Exit
But Kate's night appeared to end early. She never attended the event, simply getting back into the car before being driven back home. Once there, Kate exited the hire car barefoot and said goodbye to her chauffeur. She was then seen struggling to open her garage door before eventually making it inside the property. Shortly before leaving for the event, Kate was pictured standing at the front of her home in her pyjamas. Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Kate's representative for comment.
