Forget statues, 2025 is going to be about collector's editions with bikes inside.

Despite pushback from some corners of the internet, EA says that Dragon Age: The Veilguard is already selling "within expectations".

Even better, you can add games like Hi-Fi Rush and Skyrim to the bundle to save even more.

Two Mario games that are less than a year old for considerably less, but you'll need to be quick.

Complete the event, reap the rewards.

Date of death, September 17.

Thanks to September's State Of Play, we now know exactly when Monster Hunter Wilds will be here. The next installment in the Monster Hunter series will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam on February 28, 2025. Capcom also opened pre-orders alongside Wilds' release date reveal which means, if you're one of the many who can now count down the days until it arrives, it's time to choose your edition and make sure you get those bonuses.

There is an ultimate collector's edition for Monster Hunter Wilds that isn't included here. That's because, for the time being, it's exclusive to Japan. It costs more than $1,300 and comes with a bike.

There are three editions of Monster Hunter Wilds to choose from that vary in price and come with various bonuses and additional content. As for the pre-order bonus, which is a Guild Knight Set and Hope Charm, that's available regardless of the edition you choose. There's also a digital mini artbook pre-order bonus, but that's a PlayStation exclusive. Even though the game itself isn't exclusive to PlayStation, we've seen Wilds show up in a lot of State Of Plays.

Monster Hunter Wilds introduces a dynamic, living world with changing climates, along with the usual variety of giant monsters, weapons, and characters. A new mount, the Seikret, helps you get around more quickly and easily.

Additional Content

If you want more than the game and its pre-order bonuses, then you'll naturally need to pay extra. For another $20, you can pre-order the deluxe edition that comes with the appropriately named Deluxe Pack. There's a lot of stuff in there as well which Capcom claims will make your hunting life easier, and it might have a point. There are 16 items in the Deluxe Pack including armor sets, different makeup and face paint options, and an alternative battle cry.

Deluxe Edition

Monster Hunter Wilds' deluxe edition gets its name from the Deluxe Pack you'll get for paying $20 more than the standard edition. No physical extras, but a lot of additional in-game stuff that aims to make your hunts easier right from the off.

Additional Content

You can take another step up again if you're a hardcore Monster Hunter fan and place a pre-order for the premium deluxe edition which is also available across all three platforms. You'll need to pay an extra $20 again bringing the cost of the game up to $110, but you'll be getting a heck of a lot of Monster Hunter for that money. The deluxe pack, of course, but also some premium bonuses which include even more layered armor and a bonus hunter profile set. You'll also get the two announced DLC cosmetic packs when they're released without having to pay for them once they arrive. The first is slated to be released in the spring, and then DLC pack number two will be here in summer 2025.

Premium Deluxe Edition

For the most hardened Monster Hunters among you, Wilds has a premium deluxe edition. Not only the base game, the deluxe pack, and all of the pre-order bonuses, but some additional premium bonuses and access to the cosmetic DLC packs when they're released too.

If you're like me and you still prefer physical versions of your games despite the continued industry shift to digital-only and you've noticed the physical options above are extremely limited, I do have a little bit of good news. While there's no word yet on whether the deluxe and premium deluxe editions will be getting physical versions, if you do want a little something extra with your Monster Hunter Wilds, GameStop has a SteelBook edition for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Like the name of the edition implies, your copy of Wilds will come in a fancy Steelbook rather than a regular case. It's only $5 more too, so definitely worth the upgrade if you plan on buying a physical version of the Monster Hunter Wilds standard edition.

Steelbook Edition

Provided it doesn't get delayed, Monster Hunter Wilds will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 28, 2025. Cosmetic DLC packs will be released after that but haven't been given firm release dates, just spring and summer release windows.
