Australian breaking sensation Raygun has raised eyebrows after being snapped in a photo dining with a famous British singer. Could this be the start of the world-famous breaker's first collab?

The photo, first shared by news.com.au, featured Australia's notorious b-girl Raygun having lunch at a venue in Amsterdam with her husband.

And across her from the table is none other than British singer-songwriter Boy George.

Peep the pic, which was captioned on Instagram: "Break the internet."

This photo brings two questions to front of mind:

  • Who's more surprised by this dinner date?
  • How did this seemingly random pairing come to be?

The answer to question one is undoubtedly the 37-year-old breaking professor.

The evidence for this is clear, as I haven't seen Boy George costume selling out on Amazon in the lead up to Halloween.

As for question two...

Though a collab is more than likely not in the pipeline, the reason why these two celebrities met was hinted at in Raygun's recent interview with The Project.

When discussing the benefits of her newfound fame after her Olympics performance, Raygun mentioned she'd received praise from some surprising figures, including billionaire Richard Branson.

"You know, and it’s not just, like, breakers that you’ve respected for a decade. It’s someone like Sir Richard Branson calling you to say that he enjoyed your performance and he thought that it was ‘plucky’ and ‘courageous’ and ‘fun,” she told Waleed Aly.

And according to the breaker's interview, Branson even offered to set her up a meeting with some free cruises with none other than Boy George, which left her bewildered.

“[Branson] would love to do something with me, and have me on some cruises with Boy George. Like, what is life? I don’t know,” Raygun said on The Project.

So while she may not be appearing in a music video alongside the former Voice judge anytime soon, at least her iconic moves on the Olympic breaking stage have scored her some free cruises, and the opportunity to rub shoulders with some celebs.

Of course, she'll be meeting a few more famous faces next year if the rumours are true and she appears on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! We'll have to wait and see…
