The pick of Tuesday's UCL ties sees the Gunners host the French giants in north London. It's a glamour European tie at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday, as Premier League high-fliers Arsenal host French giants Paris Saint Germain in this Gameweek 2 UCL clash.

Currently third in the EPL after their victory over Leicester City over the weekend, the Gunners will be looking to claim their first Champions League win of the new campaign after being held away to Atalanta in Gameweek 1.

They take on a PSG side, which grabbed a 1-0 win over Girona in their opening fixture of this tournament, but will be without key man Ousmane Dembélé, who has been left out of the Parisian's squad following reports of a disagreement with boss Luis Enrique.

Arsenal host PSG on Tuesday, Oct. 1, at the Emirates Stadium, with kickoff set for 8 p.m. BST local time in the UK, making it a 3 p.m. ET or 12 p.m. PT start in the US and Canada, and a 5 a.m. AEST kick-off in Australia on Wednesday morning.

Below, we'll outline the best live TV streaming services to watch the match as it happens, wherever you are in the world.

Where to Watch Arsenal vs. PSG

American soccer fans can stream every fixture of this season's tournament via Paramount Plus, which has exclusive live English-language broadcast rights in the US for the UEFA Champions League.

Paramount Plus has two main subscription plans in the US: Essential for $8 per month and Premium for $13 per month. Both offer coverage of the Champions League.

The cheaper Essential option has ads for on-demand streaming and lacks live CBS feeds, as well as the ability to download shows to watch offline later. Newcomers to the service can take advantage of a 30-day free trial, while students may qualify for a 25% discount.

Watching from Outside Your Region

If you find yourself unable to view UCL matches locally, you may need a different way to watch the games -- that's where using a VPN can come in handy. A VPN is also the best way to stop your ISP from throttling your speeds on game day by encrypting your traffic, and it's also a great idea if you're traveling and find yourself connected to a Wi-Fi network, and you want to add an extra layer of privacy for your devices and logins.

With a VPN, you're able to virtually change your location on your phone, tablet or laptop to get access to the game. Most VPNs, like our Editors' Choice, ExpressVPN, make it really easy to do this.

Using a VPN to watch or stream sports is legal in any country where VPNs are legal, including the US, UK and Canada, as long as you have a legitimate subscription to the service you're streaming. You should be sure your VPN is set up correctly to prevent leaks: Even where VPNs are legal, the streaming service may terminate the account of anyone it deems to be circumventing correctly applied blackout restrictions.

ExpressVPN is our current best VPN pick for people who want a reliable and safe VPN, and it works on a variety of devices. It's normally $13 a month, but if you sign up for an annual subscription for $100 you'll get three months free and save 49%. That's the equivalent of $6.67 a month with code SPECIALDEAL, which should be automatically applied.

Note that ExpressVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Streaming in the UK

Along with the shake up of the Champions League format, the new season brings with it some changes with how to watch UCL games in the UK.

TNT Sports will continue to broadcast the majority of Champions League games, however Amazon Prime Video now have first pick for games on a Tuesday, with one per match week being shown exclusively live on the platform, and this match their selection for Gameweek 2.

Prime Video standalone subscriptions start at £9 a month or £95 per year in the UK and includes access to Prime Video's content library of shows such as A Very Royal Scandal, Reacher, The Boys and more, as well as live Champions League action. The service is also included with a Prime membership.

Streaming in Canada

If you want to stream UCL games live in Canada, you'll need to subscribe to DAZN Canada. The service has exclusive broadcast rights to the Champions League this season.

A DAZN subscription currently costs CA$30 a month or CA$200 a year and will also give you access to Europa League and EFL Championship soccer, Six Nations rugby and WTA tennis.

As well as dedicated apps for iOS and Android, there's a wide range of support for set-top boxes and smart TVs.

Streaming in Australia

Football fans Down Under can watch UCL matches on streaming service Stan Sport, which has exclusive rights to show the Champions League live in Australia this season.

Stan Sport will set you back AU$10 per month (on top of a AU$10 Stan subscription), but the streaming service is currently offering a seven-day free trial.

A subscription will also give you access to Europa League and Europa Conference League action, as well as international rugby and Formula E.

Team News and Lineup

Mikel Arteta has named an unchanged side for tonight’s Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain, but Mikel Merino is fit enough for a place on the bench.

The boss has kept faith in the same starting XI that faced Leicester City on Saturday and recorded a 4-2 success to stretch our unbeaten run to 14 games, which means that Riccardo Calafiori is OK to feature after picking up a knock late on in that game.

There is another boost with Merino being named in our matchday squad for the first time after recovering from a shoulder injury. The Spaniard could make his debut if introduced off the bench.

PSG meanwhile have made four changes to their side, with the headline news being that Ousmane Dembele was left at home for disciplinary reasons, and his spot in the line-up is taken by £45 million summer recruit Desire Doue.

Gianluigi Donnarumma returns in goal after missing the last four matches with a muscular injury, while Nuno Mendes is back in at left-back after recovering from a virus.

Vitinha is also fit again and replaces Fabian Ruiz in central midfield, while Marco Ascensio is strong enough for a spot on the bench.

Arsenal: Raya, Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori, Partey, Rice, Havertz, Saka, Martinelli, Trossard. Subs: Neto, Porter, Lewis-Skelly, Robinson, Kiwior, Kacurri, Jorginho, Merino, Nwaneri, Sterling, Butler-Oyedeji, Jesus.

PSG: Donnarumma, Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Mendes, Zaire-Emery, Vitinha, Neves Doue, Barcola, Lee. Subs: Safonov, Tenas, Beraldo, Skriniar, El Hannach, Ruiz, Zague, Mayulu, Mbaye, Kolo Muani, Asensio

Pre-Match Preview and Match Stats

Ahead of kick-off, get all the need-to-know stats, quotes, tactics, TV coverage and more in our must-read match preview.

Matchday Coverage

Arsenal could only manage a draw at Atalanta in their first game in the all-new Champions League mega-table stage. PSG by contrast are coming off the back of a 1-0 win over Girona. But with seven games still to play – and nobody really knows how this will pan out until it does – they’re hardly in must-win territory. So is this a big game or not? In strict dramatic terms, no, not really. But it’s still one of the giants of the English game against the leading team in France, and it’ll feel nice to win, so while there’s no full-blown jeopardy for either side tonight, we’re nevertheless in marker-down territory, where victory allied to an impressive performance will augur well for the long road stretching out ahead. Big game, then? Big enough! Kick-off is at 8pm BST. It’s on.

Conclusion

The match between Arsenal and PSG is sure to be a thrilling encounter, with both teams looking to make a statement in the Champions League. With a number of ways to watch the game live, fans around the world will be able to tune in and enjoy this exciting matchup.

Enjoy the match!
