Coffeehouse chain Costa Coffee has announced the reopening of its refurbished store in Billericay, England. Equipped with a host of new features, the store aims to enhance the customer experience.

The upgraded store features touch screen ordering, a dedicated collection point, and a refreshed interior design. The new touch screen ordering systems is aimed at streamlining the purchasing process, alongside a dedicated collection point for quick service. These updates include a new counter and modern seating options for customers who want to stay and enjoy their beverages on-site, the company said.

In addition to the technological upgrades, Billericay Costa Coffee store now offers an expanded range of freshly baked bakery items. The offerings include pastries such as Cheese Twists and Pain au Chocolat, which pair well with handcrafted coffee.

Situated at 76/78 High Street, the store now features locally inspired artwork and new decor. The refurbishment also includes additional charging points throughout the premises, catering to the needs of remote workers and social gatherings.

Costa Coffee area manager David Gabsi said: “We’re excited to welcome the local community to our newly transformed Billericay store.

“With a fresh bakery range, state-of-the-art touch screen ordering, and a vibrant new interior, our uplifted Billericay store is a perfect spot for customers to relax, connect and enjoy a delicious cup of Costa coffee.”

The 76/78 High Street, Billericay Costa Coffee store is open from 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm on Saturday and 7:30am to 5pm on Sunday. Customers can also order via the Costa Club App, as well as Costa Coffee’s delivery partners.

The Nations Favourite Coffee Shop*, Costa Coffee, has today re-opened its refreshed high street store in Billericay. Offering customers a new way to Costa, the uplifted store introduces a variety of exciting new features designed to enhance the coffee experience.

Focused on convenience, the updated store now boasts touch screen ordering and a dedicated collection point for customers on the move. This complements a refreshed counter and modern seating for those choosing to stay in and relax. Additionally, the Billericay store now offers a delectable new range of bakery products, freshly baked in store each day.
