Donald Trump's hair is stealing the spotlight during tonight's debate with Kamala Harris, with social media ablaze with comments about what is on the top of his head. Trump's hair has always been one of the most standout things about him, but social media site X is particularly fascinated by it tonight, it seems. Viewers at home felt as though his hair appeared to be a different color to what it usually is, and a slightly different style too.
One user wrote: "What the hell happened to Trump's hair?", while another said: "Can someone please explain this Trump purple hair thing?" Another said: "Who colored Trump's hair?", while yet another said: "Woah, Trump has shown up with a completely different hair color." Matt Kay said: "Harris has great lighting on her and makes eye contact with the camera. Trump looks hunched and grouchy. Is his hair darker?"
It wasn't all bad for Trump though. One social media user wrote: "I can’t tell if Trump’s hair is still a toupee, but at least it looks more natural."
Trump's Neck Becomes a Meme
Presidential debate viewers took aim at former president Donald Trump as they took a zoomed-in video of his sagging neck and brutally compared it to one female body part. During the presidential debate that could determine the fate of the election, many viewers were having difficulty focusing as they were distracted by Donald Trump's noticeable "neck-v-g."
As Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris went head-to-head during the high-stakes showdown Tuesday evening, viewers brutally took aim at Trump comparing his neck to one female body part. In a viral post on X, formerly Twitter, someone shared a zoomed-in video of the 78-year-old politician's sagging neck skin and wrote: "Trump’s neck p--y is crazy tonight."
Many X users were in hysterics over the clip calling it one of the best posts they've come across online during the entire debate. One user responded: "I CANT BREATHEDJSJSJSKSJS." And another wrote: "It’s pulsing. The neck-v-g is angry." And a third replied: "Even as a Trump supporter this made me chuckle."
And one of many responded: "I'll never be able to unsee this." Someone else cleverly called back to Trump's own infamous phase "Grab 'em by the pu--y" as they replied: "Grab 'em by the neck."
A Debate of Words and Hairspray
This was one of many digs at the politician's appearance as he of course was met with his usual string of jabs about his tangerine-colored complexion. After Trump and Harris' intense debate, many took to social media poking fun at his orange spray-tanned skin and the widely-held consensus that Harris won the debate by a landslide.
One viewer wrote: "Kamala Harris is skewering the orange lunatic. Wow. Trump is cooked! She is way under his skin. Same gaslighting grievances." And another replied: "DONALD Trump reverted back to the little boy in him. Kamala sounds like the Mother who has seen it all and you can't get over on her! She swept the floor with that orange toupee."
While a third posted: "As DJT turns from cheap orange to bright red: 'I don’t care what color she is. I don’t care.' Liar. I’m so glad she has mopped the floor with you." And someone else joked: "I think we all witnessed the murder of an orange tonight."
The Hair, The Neck, and the Rest of It
DONALD Trump's hair left viewers baffled on Tuesday night as the former president appeared to sport a new look. The 2024 hopeful took to the stage with Kamala Harris for their first-ever meeting - but it was his hairstyle that caught the attention of viewers.
Trump donned his usual navy suit and red tie, sporting an American flag on his left lapel. But viewers were quick to note a change in his signature bleach blonde hair, with some even claiming his do looked "purple."
"Trump looks ollllld," one person wrote on X. "His weird gold hair has faded." "What's with the color of Trump's hair?" another person asked. "Did Trump dye his hair or something?" someone else said. "Are those bangs?," asked a fourth. "What's going on?" another said.
A number of baffled viewers even suggested Trump's hair looked "purple" on their screens. "Why is Trump's hair purple?" one person asked. "His hair is thinning right before our eyes," another said. "I can see his scalp."
Harris and Trump sparred for 90 minutes on the debate stage on Tuesday, in what was their first head-to-head clash since President Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential race. The pair awkwardly shook hands at the start of the night, with Trump towering over his 5ft4 rival.
They went on to discuss their stances on the economy, abortion, immigration and healthcare. At one point, Trump said he "doesn't care" if Harris Black after previously questioning her race in previous. He also repeated debunked claims that Haitian migrants were stealing and eating people's cats and dogs from their homes in Ohio.
"In Springfield, they're eating the dogs, the people that came in," Trump said of the Haitian-immigration population that migrated to the United States during the Biden administration. "They're eating the cats. They're eating the pets of the people that live there."
Harris, whose mic was off, appeared to mouth "What?" while shaking her head. ABC's David Muir, one of the debate's moderators, quickly fact-checked the former president, saying the city manager and police in Springfield determined there were "no credible reports" of pets being harmed by migrants in the city - which angered Trump.
"We'll see," the former president said, telling Muir that he saw people on TV in the area say so. When Harris' mic turned back on, she just chuckled and said, "Talk about extreme." Muir moderated the debate along with Linsey Davis, however, while Trump was pleased with his performance, he argued the pair ganged up on him during the heated clash.
"I thought that was my best Debate, EVER, especially since it was THREE ON ONE!" he said on Truth Social after the showdown. Kamala Harris' campaign said on Tuesday night that Harris and Trump should do a second debate in October. No further date has been confirmed.
The Hair-Raising Verdict
The internet has spoken, and the verdict is in: Donald Trump's hair is the most talked about aspect of the debate, and his neck is a close second. This election cycle is proving to be a captivating one, with social media providing a platform for viewers to express their opinions and reactions in real-time. And while the candidates may focus on their policies and stances, it seems that the internet is more interested in a different kind of debate: the one happening on the top of Trump's head and the bottom of his chin.
