The homecoming for Thompson will be bittersweet. Four NBA championships and 11 seasons of memories from the team that drafted him. He will suit up in the visitors locker room for the first time and oppose his former Splash Brother.

After three straight games of 18 or more points, he has seven straight games with 16 or fewer points. Thompson is averaging 13.8 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists while shooting 41.8% from the field. He has shot 5 of 20 from beyond the arc in his last three games.
