Krispy Kreme customers have five days to take advantage of the $2 dozen deal. The offer is valid between Aug. 29 and Sept. 2, and there are three ways to score the discount:
- In-store and via drive-thru.
- Online, through the Krispy Kreme app.
- Online, through the Krispy Kreme website.
In order to get a $2 dozen, you have to buy another Original Glazed dozen at regular price. Additionally, the deal is limited to two dozen in-shop and at the drive-thru, and one dozen in the app/website for delivery or pick-up orders.
The deal is part of Krispy Kreme's "Go for 2" promotion, which encourages football fans to "earn extra points with family and friends over Labor Day weekend" as they take in Week 1 of the college football season. Krispy Kreme is getting ready to introduce its doughnuts to McDonald’s restaurants all throughout the nation. This will result in a large expansion of its customer base. The launch will begin in Chicago, Illinois, this fall.
Expansion to McDonald's Locations
By the end of the year, Krispy Kreme doughnuts will be available in about 85% of McDonald’s locations in the U.S., with an additional 5,000 by 2025 and 6,000 by 2026. The partnership between Krispy Kreme and McDonald’s was first announced in March 2024.
