RTE star Doireann Garrihy has enjoyed a night out in Cork with her rarely-seen mum and they even bumped into a celebrity pal. The former 2FM star travelled down to Cork to do some "wedding shopping" with her mum Clare before she's expected to tie-the-knot at the end of the year.
Doireann kindly decided to put herself and her mum up in the luxurious Montenotte Hotel for the night. The 32-year-old showed off the breathtaking hotel suite as she took to her Instagram story after they had finished their exciting shopping day.
A Luxurious Escape
The Dublin star looked speechless as she said: "The place we are staying tonight, oh my god." The popular presenter then panned the camera around the reveal an incredible a super king sized bed with olive green decor and a flat screen TV at the end.
An Impeccable Suite
A stone bath was also placed in front of the bed alongside a grey cashmere chaise longue. Doireann then stepped outside onto the wooden balcony to share the gorgeous river side views from their suite.
As she made her way back inside to give a more extensive tour, Clare was hilariously perched up on the bed with her feet up trying to get the TV to work.
The Dancing With The Stars host then shouted: "Ah look at the trees!" as she noticed the stunning plants dotted around the kitchen area. The kitchen area had modern grey marble units and Doireann remarked: "This is phenomenal".
Clare continued to try turn on the TV in the background as she humorously added: "Doireann it's time for the six o'clock news." The flat screen TV then emerged from the end of the bed as they both squealed in excitement.
A Night Out
As the pair headed out for dinner, Doireann showed off her stylish outfit. The hot host rocked a black sparkly collared dress from the designer Ganni.
The dress has long puffy sleeves, a plunging neckline and a mini skirt. The Irish star blushed as she told followers her fiance Mark Mehigan had bought it for her as a birthday gift.
Doireann and her mum then indulged into some pink cocktails and a delicious dinner. After their meal, Doireann told followers that she had bumped into her former 2FM co-host Donncha O'Callaghan.
The funny duo posed for a smiling snap in the hotel bar as Doireann captioned her post: "Always a welcome gatecrasher."
