Serbia is out to grab another surprising result in the UEFA Nations League when it travels to face Spain on Tuesday.
The Euro 2024 champion had no goals when it visited Belgrade during the last international break, giving Spain plenty of motivation to win on home soil this week.
However, the Serbs are also not without motivation to upset Spain one more time.
A win would keep the country in the race for a quarterfinal spot, as it trails Denmark by only two points.

Spain vs. Serbia Preview
A 1-0 win over Denmark on Saturday was enough to keep Spain atop Group A4, with Martin Zubimendi providing the game’s only goal. However, a top-two finish for Spain isn’t looking as certain as some might have expected at this stage of the Nations League.
It’s only natural there should be some drop-off in production after celebrating a successful summer, once again cementing itself as the best team on the continent.
Meanwhile, Serbia earned its first win of the campaign at home to Switzerland over the weekend, winning 2-0, which it really needed. The team is far from safe just yet and still occupies a relegation playoff spot. Serbia needs to make the jump up to second spot and survive as part of Europe’s top tier.
Spain’s defense has looked nearly unstoppable after conceding a Nations League low of just one goal after three rounds of play.
