SteelSeries, the OG esports brand known for blending gaming and culture, has partnered with Blizzard Entertainment to drop a sick new line of World of Warcraft-themed gear. With WoW’s tenth expansion, The War Within, on the horizon, this limited-edition collection is bringing back all the nostalgia while hooking you up with some serious in-game bonuses.

Get ready to explore the depths of Azeroth like never before with the Arctis Nova 7 Wireless headset, specially designed for World of Warcraft fans. This beast is powered by the Nova Acoustic System, pumping out HiFi audio that’s supercharged by the Sonar Audio Software Suite. You’ll hear every whisper of the wind and every footstep in 360° Spatial Audio, all while staying in the action for up to 38 hours on a single charge. Plus, you can connect via 2.4GHz and Bluetooth simultaneously, so you’re always in the game no matter what device you’re on. And let’s not forget the in-game perk: the Grinning Reaver mount!

The Aerox 9 Wireless mouse is here to help you conquer every challenge the subterranean worlds throw at you. With 18 programmable buttons and the TrueMove Air Sensor, your precision will be unmatched. Weighing in at just 99g, this mouse is designed for marathon gaming sessions with up to 180 hours of battery life. It’s also spill-proof, thanks to AquaBarrier™ tech, so no need to worry about that energy drink tipping over. And yes, this one also comes with an exclusive in-game pet, Lil’ Flameo.

Your mousepad is just as important as your gear, and the QcK XXL delivers the goods. Engineered with micro-woven cloth, this mousepad gives you maximum control, perfect for those high-stakes raids. Measuring 900 mm x 400 mm x 2 mm, it’s big enough to handle whatever you throw at it. Plus, it stays put with a non-slip rubber base, so you won’t have to worry about any accidental slips during critical moments. And like the rest, it comes with a cool in-game item: the Battle Turtle mount.

Show off your WoW pride with the Artisan Keycap, designed to look like the Sword of Sargeras. Hand-painted and resin-casted, each keycap is a unique piece of art. Only a limited number are available, and each one is individually numbered. This isn’t just a keycap; it’s a collector’s item that comes with—you guessed it—an in-game Battle Turtle mount.

Whether you’re Alliance or Horde, SteelSeries has you covered. The World of Warcraft Edition Booster Packs let you deck out your Arctis Nova Pro or Arctis Nova 7 headset with custom headbands and speaker plates that scream faction pride. As always, these packs come with an in-game Battle Turtle mount.

As part of this collab, SteelSeries has integrated their Moments video clipping software directly within World of Warcraft. Now, you can easily clip, edit, and share your best gameplay moments without leaving the game. Plus, they’ve teamed up with Blizzard to create an official EQ preset using the SteelSeries Sonar Audio Software Suite, so you’ll hear the game like never before.

The World of Warcraft x SteelSeries collection drops on September 24, 2024, and will be available at SteelSeries.com and gear.Blizzard.com. Prices are as follows:

Hello, My name is Alison,

I am the site manager of IGC and good friends of Craig (Finite), I actually live on the same street as him, that's how close we are. This account is being used to post news by myself, and a few members of our team.

Personally, I am an avid fan of JRPG's and RPG's in general, I also love old school retro platformers like Mario, and finally, for some reason, I enjoy souls-like games.

I run my own business along with 2 other sites, one for holidays and the other for music.

This year I hope to grow my business more and maybe find my one true love.

Android Headlines / Android Games / You are not prepared for this SteelSeries WoW collection

SteelSeries and World of Warcraft have a long and storied history that dates back to the age of vanilla WoW. It was a simpler time. Azeroth was limited to two continents, and there were far fewer mechanics to deal with. Gaming peripherals themed after games like WoW came in special packaging that evoked the designs of in-game items. Like the original SteelSeries MMO mouse for example, which came in a box that was shaped and designed to look like a WoW treasure chest.

These days, the packaging is much more toned down. The designs on the actual peripherals, however, are another story. Behold, the new SteelSeries World of Warcraft collection that any adventurer traveling the lands of Azeroth would be proud to stumble upon. If you’re a current World of Warcraft player, then you already know that Blizzard is gearing up for the launch of the game’s newest expansion The War Within on August 26 (which by the way will be playable on GeForce NOW). It’s also going to be World of Warcraft’s 20th Anniversary on November 23.

So the launch of the new SteelSeries collection of peripherals is in part to commemorate that massive achievement. The new collection includes five different items. Though that’s probably unsurprising if you follow SteelSeries launches. All of them are mostly the same in terms of the product types offered. You won’t find any Thumbstick grips in this one though.

I know you probably want to get your hands on these gaming peripherals and accessories right away. And honestly, what WoW player wouldn’t? Unfortunately, the entire collection is on a lockout that won’t open up until next month. In other words, think of the product launch like the raid finder lockouts. SteelSeries says that the collection will launch officially on September 24. That puts it a little closer to World Of Warcraft’s 20th anniversary, which is no doubt intended.

The good news is that the wait will give you ample time to save up money if you don’t have it all together.

As for what’s all specifically in the collection, you’ll find all the usuals minus the thumbstick grips, since WoW doesn’t natively support controllers and all that. There’s an Arctis Nova 7 wireless headset, headband and speaker plates for the Arctis Nova 7, an Aerox 9 wireless gaming mouse, a QcK XXL mouse mat, and the legendary item matched only by getting Thunderfury Blessed Blade of the Windseeker in the base game back in 2004, the artisan keycap. Speaking of which, you’ll want to secure that artisan keycap as early as possible.

The keycaps always go out of stock the fastest. When it comes to pricing, the headset will retail for $200, the mouse is $160, the artisan keycap is $80, and both the mouse mat and booster packs of headset band and speaker plates go for $40. The booster packs also come in Horde and Alliance versions. They also fit the Arctis Nova Pro headset as well.

One really awesome thing about these collections from SteelSeries is that they all end up coming with some in-game digital items for buyers. Not every peripheral, but at least some of them. SteelSeries is continuing this tradition, only this time every peripheral in the WoW collection comes with some sweet in-game loot. The Arctis Nova 7 comes with the Grinning Reaver mount, the Aerox 9 comes with the Lil’Flameo pet, and the other three come with the Battle Turtle mount.

So if you end up getting everything, you’ll have some spare Battle Turtle mounts to give out to friends. You’ll be able to buy all of these directly from SteelSeries and at Blizzard’s gear store.
